  • CALIFORNIA GULLS and EARED GREBES not recorded due to ongoing census efforts or research

  • Entire shoreline of Mono Lake surveyed including DeChambeau Ponds

  • Beached birds included 2 Common Loons (both recently dead) and 3 Barn Owls (one found in Mono City). A complete list of beached birds is available upon request.

  • Weather began cloudy, breezy with snowshowers clearing by afternoon to mostly sunny and breezy.
